You could have a full bed of sand dumped onto the floor to simulate a Hawaiian beach and you could have palm trees scattered around the room. If an entire wall could be painted or a wall hanging applied to make it look as though it were the water edge, that would be a huge hit at the party. It would also be fun to hire professionals to dance the hula and musicians to play professional Hawaiian music on a ukulele. The invitations for this party could be very exciting. If the budget is high and the hula dancers are hired already, you could ask them to deliver the party invitations as a song to the invitees. This would really be a hit with your invitees and would certainly make them want to come. If you want the party to be a real hit, it might be fun to stress in the party invitations that the hula dancers would be giving hula lessons to anyone who wants them.
